London Baby Part 3

Part Three of our London Escapades!

Our sister from New York, Sam,arrived Friday evening to join the fun and festivities! It's eight years since we last saw each other as trio. We spent the . evening chatting up a storm. And I won my bet with Irene about Jesamyn bringing up the controversial subject.

The following day, the girls and my bro had brunch at Irene' hall (Connaught Hall) and it was good and filling.

Piccadilly Circus. London's Time Square. Umm, sort of.



The we visited the queen at Buckingham Palace. Of course they wouldn't let us in. Hehe. So we took pictures outside.



Then we took the Underground to the St. John's Woods station to visit the famous Abbey Road! We signed on the wall just outside Abbey Road Studio...



And we attempted to mimic the Beatles' Abbey road shot. Obviously we were not very successful. Hehe. There were a couple of tourists who were trying to get the same shot. There was this one guy (Jap or Korean), who took several pics of himself, as each Beatle. He was barefoot, and his daughter was right across the steet taking the picture. Poor kid. Hehe.



We all went to the huge huge M&S (Marks and Spencer) store along Oxford st. We had our very late lunch here.

More shopping at Oxford st! Primark was just pandemonium. Here, Mowie and I hung out outside the shop, waiting for Sam and Irene. Then it was my turn when we stopped by H&M and Topshop.



We ended our tiring day with dinner at Giraffe, at the Brunswick a few blocks from Irene's place.



Oxford, Stratfod Upon Avon, and Cotswold tomorrow!
