Christmas Buzz Beginning

Despite the settling Dev work activities I've been busy with a couple other things this week. Kar and I had dinner early this week at North Park. She was on leave Monday till Wednesday, so we had some catch up time. I miss my girlie talks! This week, Kars shared how most of the people from her office are getting hitched. So we talked about getting married and how real it is for our generation. Sort of got me thinking about my own circle of friends. With D Gang, officially, it's just Keyce and I who are not with anyone (officially. Hehehe! So as far as getting married, it's far from my mind.

On my way home, I took some shots of the Makati Christmas Lights scene.






This week, Yas treated us out to dinner at CPK Shangri-La and I got a dose of the Cel-Giff-Yas craziness! Thanks for the scrumptious dinner of Kung Pao Chicken, Ravioli, BBQ chicken pizza, and my all-time CPK favorite Garlic Cream Fettucini. I will be posting pics! As soon as Cel posts them in her blog. Hehe!




Christmas Parties Galore started this week as well. Last Tuesday was the MTS Christmas Party, where I was part of the organizing team. I was kind of frustrated for most part of the party. Some of the games the committee came up with were a little too chaotic. There also was this person giving me attitude. And let me tell you. An empty stomach does not help such a situation. Hehe. I had half a glass of red wine during the event and had half a plate of pica-pica after the program wrapped up. Ugh. I'm just glad it's over. Hehe. We chose an 80s theme and I came in a yellow Ninoy shirt.

Another capability Christmas party this week. Siebel Cap! Pasqui and I are not part of the Siebel Cap, but we helped the guys out with their presentation. We mixed the music with Macmac's Garage Band. The theme of the party was Rock (in general I guess), and the Focus peeps came in with black nail polish. My favorite part of all the Siebel Cap rock stuff... Mike's black nail polished girlie fingers. Haha!
