ERP5 Reunion Part Deux

Nothing like learning from your mistakes. This time around, when us ERP5ers got together for dinner and Rockeoke, I brought my trusty digital camera!! Camwhores everywhere!

Markova teaches us how to elongate our faces for the camera.



We had dinner at Guava (Papaya, Pesem?) in Serendra. I've been to this resto a couple of times (obviously it's one of my faves in Serendra). They serve good Filipino food at a fair price. We ordered Seafood Sinigang sa Bayabas (which is essentially a tamarind base soup with guava), Binagoongang Baboy (Pork in fish paste), Binagoongang Talong (Eggplant in fish paste), Krispy Tadyang (Crispy Ribs), and Crispy Pata & Lechon Kawali Platter (Deep-fried pork leg & Pan-roasted Pork), and three heart attacks. Haha.




We then transfered to Magnet for some serious Rockeoke! It was kind of a slow night at Magnet. So the hosts JC and Gabe asked for volunteers. Our table was quick to scribble down "The Reason by Hoobastank, Mark Ordonez" on a table napkin. The hosts called Mark out right away and we were cheering.




Mark, armed with his jacket and videoke-practiced pipes, went up stage (ahem, after our persistent coaxing). He sang, pretending he didn't know the lyrics by peering at the song book 70% of the time. He looked kinda nervous!! Stage fright and Mark O in the same sentence?! Haha.



Drinks all around! Aileen's a changed WOMAN!

Gabe used his executive privelege to sing "The Winner Takes it All" Rockeoke style. It wasn't bad at all! Made me a little wistful I didn't have the guts to go up stage and sing "Super Trooper" or "Take a Chance on Me".
