Missing ERP5

Welcome back to the blogging world...

Although I do not have access
to blogger, I shall try to resurrect my on line diary...

Nothing is
constant but change. I think I've said this a million gazillion times, and I've
meant it each and every single time. 2006 has proven to be a year of changes. My
long, almost forgetten request for a roll-off has been finally realized. The
weeks just flew by, KTs left and right. Sporadic last minute meetings for
project/task turnovers. Whirlwind of activities, a hale of good bye emails, and
a storm of dramatic partings. There was a sense of finality and graduation last
February 28, 2006. My Dow journey was finally over. It was nostalgic and
bittersweet. I was saying "See you later" to my first Accenture family. There
was an innate sense of belonging in the ERP5 team. The stressful and just
irritatingly horrible days became better days, because of the incessant teasing,
puzzle forming, joke-telling, showbiz-updating ERP5 activities we had. It's
difficult to imagine how my Accenture life will go on without them, without the
togetherness.

My first week in Ortigas (or as I fondly call it... the
Inferno's 2nd circle) has been characterized by longing... The longing for--

the usually ready Starbucks, steaming hot cup of White chocolate mocha. I miss
the barristas who penned my name on the tall cups, without having to ask me.

Glorietta and all its famed restaurants,
and
the shops which I miss oh-so-much,
in times of trouble,
sheer
boredom,
and stress.

Although inferior in food quality, the fact that they sell food just about does
it for me. No more satisfying of the cravings for the quick rice meal, or the Oishi/Jack'n Jill snacks. Every night, my stomach grumbles its loudest, just before I step into my house. I seem to be hungry most of the time!

www.blogger.com, www.friendster.com, www.youtube.com.... WWWaaaaah! All blocked sites by friggin no-sense in blocking websense. How will I survive wwwithout my wwwonderful sites?!

My team... my team... the magic of ERP5! Team meriendas, team
building activities, puzzle making, guess who I am games.... 5 years of
togetherness. Can never be equaled. I miss them the most.

We will all
make new friends, have new accomplishments ( I am certain), in the next few
months. I do wish we keep seeing each other, although some of us have flown out
of the country and into the arms of Uncle Sam.
